Job Summary
Manage the Toyota Center Box Office in the areas of customer service, supervision of part-time employees, cash handling procedures, and processing ticket transactions. Ensure the daily operating functions of the box office are carried out according to policy and organizational requirements.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule part-time Box Office Associates.
Supervise part time staff which includes appraising performance; creating and maintaining employee recognition program, rewarding and disciplining employees.
Implement best practices for all box office sales done through the AXS ticketing system which include NBA Team games and 3rd party events at Toyota Center.
Open and close the box office during normal operating hours on non-event days.
Delegate day-to-day tasks to seasonal associates to achieve Ticket Operations departmental objectives.
