Job Summary

The Manager of Membership Services will be focused on providing a world-class membership experience. The position will play a critical role in the planning and execution of the Dynamo and Dash 365 Membership Platforms with the aim of increasing member satisfaction, connection, and the overall gameday experience at PNC Stadium.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3+ years professional experience within sports sales and service, Membership Account Management experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Passion for service, sales and the leading, training and development of a team

Experience with Salesforce CRM Database and SeatGeek ticketing software is a plus

The candidate must be fluent in English and possess a basic understanding of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
