Director of Compliance - Athletics

Job Summary

The individual will monitor and enforce matters related to NCAA, Ivy League, and university rules and regulations. They will educate and interpret the applicable rules for student-athletes, coaches, and staff on various matters.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 3 years experience working in an Athletics Compliance Office, Conference Office, or NCAA Compliance setting at the Division I level

Master's degree or J.D. desirable.

Requires substantial knowledge of rules, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to student-athletes, coaches, alumni/donors, and other institutional constituents

Outstanding oral and written communications, as well as attention to detail
