Job Summary

The Manager, DEI & Supplier Diversity will be responsible for developing initiatives that build and cultivate an open and inclusive environment. MSE's People & Culture team will work with the DEI team to ensure the successful creation and implementation of policies, programs, and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

Prior experience in DEI and procurement including supplier diversity preferred.

Demonstrated success in planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating DEI programs and initiatives.

5+ years’ work experience including strategy development and implementation, product development, supply chain management, business process re-engineering.

Ability to be resourceful and apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to work through complex challenges.
