Job Summary
Sports & Entertainment is looking for a new Associate Manager for Parks & Campus Grounds. The person in this role will interact with Bexar County staff regarding maintenance, operations, and capital improvements. They will effectively manage assigned personnel and programs in accordance with SS&E values.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the grounds of The Rock, which include our new Spurs practice facility, outdoor event plaza, and our parks.
Ensure park grounds are maintained in alignment with Bexar County agreement and meet expectations for public safety.
Make recommendations for staff progression to the Human Performance Campus Director of Operations
Develop work methods and procedures, supervise and review work activities and performance of assigned staff.
Review annual budget and submit requests to the Human Performance Campus Director of Operations.
