Director, Systems Operations

Job Summary

The Director is responsible for all operations relating to Data Center Solutions, Enterprise Storage, Business Continuity, Systems Administration, Digital Content Infrastructure, and other League-Wide Technology initiatives. Reporting to the VP, Technology Operations, they will serve in a key management role that supports the League's technology roadmap.

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years hands-on experience within an organization’s technology operations
2. Minimum 5+ years experience managing technology teams and related projects
3. Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications and continuing education preferred
4. Deep understanding of computer systems, networks, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage solutions
5. Planning and implementation of the Microsoft Server stack on premise and in cloud
