Head Coach ,Women's Soccer

Job Summary

This is a full-time position within the Department of Athletics.  Under the general supervision of the Director of Athletics, the Head Women's Soccer Coach, will direct all aspects of the intercollegiate women's soccer program in accordance with all NJCAA, TCCAA, TBR, and college policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

• Supervision of assistant coaches, team managers, and student workers.
• Monitoring the academic progress and eligibility status of student-athletes.
• Planning and monitoring mandatory study hall for all respective team athletes.
• Scheduling of games in coordination with the Director of Athletics.
• Coordinating game day operations (notifying game officials of changes, webcasting, etc.)
• Assisting the Director of Athletics in obtaining eligibility documentation.
• Assisting student-athletes in a seamless transfer to universities after graduation.
• Promotion of soccer program and participation in team and department wide fundraising activities.
• Maintaining soccer field, athletics supplies, and equipment.
• Managing team budget and ensuring that it is not exceeded.
• Represents the College and the women's soccer program in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
