Job Summary

Practice planning, meet preparation/scouting, in-meet coaching, recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, team travel, equipment/apparel purchase, staff supervision, and payroll are all responsibilities of the qualified candidate. It also covers academic oversight, fundraising, and any other responsibilities that may be assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (Master's degree preferred).

Successful coaching experience at the club level with a demonstrated knowledge of student-athlete recruitment and effective communication and organizational skills.

Must follow the University vaccine mandate regarding COVID-19.

Must have a valid Driver's License.

Current Lifeguard certification preferred.
