Assistant Equestrian Team Coach

Job Summary

This position will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the equestrian program. Candidates should possess an enthusiasm for working with student-athletes and a strong equestrian background. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining and bettering the team's purpose, pillars, and identity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.

Previous coaching experience and substantial knowledge of sport fundamentals.

Knowledge of Intercollegiate Horse Show Association regulations.

Demonstrated abilities to work effectively in a small college setting.

Ability to balance student athlete needs within a student development prospective.
