Job Summary

The head coach will represent the university at the highest professional level. The position requires the head coach to promote the physical, intellectual, and social growth of student-athletes. The head coach must display sensitivity to diversity issues and should work to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.

This position will also include additional administrative duties and will be assigned by the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation.
