Men's & Women's Cross Country Coach

Job Summary

Coaching, administration, recruiting, budget development, scheduling, purchasing, facility maintenance, public relations, and public relations are all responsibilities of head coaches. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional policies and regulations.

Qualifications Desired:

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Mastery of the skills and strategies associated with the sport.
• Bachelors Degree with Masters Degree preferred.
• Coaching experience and/or education and competitive background in NCAA Division III liberal arts university environment.
• Able to work in evenings and weekends for instruction, team travel, recruiting and scouting.
• High energy level is required as is the ability to deal with the mental and physical stress associated with intense competition.
