Job Summary

 

 

The Head Esports Coach is a member of the athletic department and reports directly to the Directors of Athletics and Recreation and Student Life. This position would be responsible for all aspects of the esports programs in the areas of organization, administration, recruitment and development, fund-raising, coaching, and practice planning.

 

Requirements:            

  1. Bachelor's degree is required.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in competitive video gaming involving multiplayer online video games with team-based elements and expert knowledge of current conference selected games.
  3. Experience recruiting high school and/or college students is highly preferred.
