Head Triathlon Coach

Job Summary

This position directs the development, organization, and management of all phases of both the Varsity Women's and Men's club programs. The primary goal of this position is to recruit, retain, and graduate qualified student-athletes while also implementing effective coaching, mentoring, and player development strategies that result in successful competition.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelors degree and knowledge of collegiate triathlon
• Triathlon coaching experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a culture of excellence
• Strong communication skills
• Collegiate level coaching experience with a demonstrated understanding of NCAA DII Rules preferred.
• Demonstration of successful collegiate recruiting experience preferred.
