Job Summary

A stunning Private University in Illinois is seeking qualified applicants to join their athletic department as Head Competitive Cheer Coach. The Head Competitive Cheer Coach may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position will oversee all coaching and leadership aspects of the cheer team. The Head Coach's specific duties may include developing and enforcing all team rules, overseeing budget preparation and implementation, and coordinating a competitive cheer team strategy.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, although a bachelor's degree is preferred. Successful candidates will also have at least three years of coaching experience in competitive cheer.
