Job Summary
The position will be helping the head coach in all the facets of swimming program like on-deck practice and practice preparation.
Duties of the Assistant Coach:
- Demonstrating sincere interest on academic progress
- Exhibits cooperative behavior pursuing sports programs goals
- Recruiting qualified student athletes
- Other related tasks
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year experience in athletic coaching
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
