Job Summary

 

The position will be organizing and implementing aggressive scouting and recruiting program.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Scouting of opponent teams
  • Directing of current and prospect student athletes
  • Academic monitoring
  • Helping to maintain accurate records
  • Keep contact with 4 year schools about the student athletes
  • Resolving the issues of student athletes
  • Request submitting for meals/transportation
  • Other related tasks

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years coaching experience high school/college cross country
