Job Summary
The position will be supervising the overall medical care of the student athletes while providing medical coverage for athletic events.
Duties
- Supervising of interns and student athletic trainers to prevent and care for athletic injuries
- Ensuring overall prevention/evaluation/treatment of daily health care for designated student athletes
- Attending to administrative tasks
- Establishing and executing institutional policies
- Maintaining frequent and effective communication with medical/athletic department staff
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Master's degree
- NATABOC certified
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Valid driver's license
- 2 years work related experience
