Ticket Sales Representative Intern

Job Summary

Main Duties

• Full-Time Sales: Season Tickets/Group Sales
• Serve as Ticket Sales Representative

Make sure that every avenue below is being reached:

• Groups
• Picnics
• Fundraisers
• Community Nights
• Theme Nights
• Special Programs: Churches, Schools, etc.
• Youth Teams of the Night
• Season tickets
• Picnic Customer Service in picnic areas during game
• Work Information Station during games
• Assist with group/picnic ticket printing
• Assist with Pocket Schedule distribution and marketing to hotels/apartments
• Picnic operations: Managing picnics on game days in ballpark picnic areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Assist in Concessions and Operations (when needed).

• Ballpark Concessions-post game
• Operations and Cleanup-Fri-Sun
• Assist Clubhouse managers with bus

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
• An outgoing personality and professional demeanor.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work efficiently in an intense environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Ability and willingness to work a variety of hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
