Seasonal - Equipment
Job Summary
The Chicago Bears are looking for Full-Time Seasonal staff (temporary, entry-level) to support our Equipment department during the 2022-2023 Season. This position will span from Mid-April 2022 until January 2023 and is in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to deliver helpful, friendly, and professional customer service to football operations.
- Set up and break down practice
- Assist with inventory system
- Assist with maintenance of equipment
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Assist with laundry operations
- Pack and prepare trunks for home & away games
- Help accommodate coaches and players accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous equipment department experience with a collegiate program or professional team is strongly preferred
- Must be able to work non-traditional hours throughout the entire duration of the position. This includes evenings, early mornings, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills
- Positive enthusiasm, friendly demeanor, and professionalism
- Takes initiative, is adaptable and can work as a part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time in varying weather conditions, climb up/down bleacher stairs and lift heavy objects.
- Basic computer skills
