Job Summary

Intern will report to the Ticket Sales & Operations Coordinators and is based in NC. The candidate will have the opportunity to learn in a team environment exactly what it takes to be successful in sales and operations at the Club level.

Gain familiarity and utilize the Ticketmaster system including Archtics, TM1 and Account Manager

Develop an understanding for customer accounts, billing, deadlines, ticket printing and ticket distribution.

Provide support in the areas of ticket resolution, customer service, and walk-up sales on Match Days in the box office.

Represent Charlotte Football Club in various organizational promotions, charity functions, speaking engagements
