Marketing Communications Coordinator

FLSA Status: Exempt

Reports to: Vice President, Marketing

 Nevco Sports, LLC, the world's leading manufacturer of integrated display and scoring systems, is seeking a talented Marketing professional to fill an immediate need in Greenville, IL. Nevco is the largest privately held manufacturer of LED scoreboards, video displays, stadium audio, and scoring accessories in the world. Description and Responsibilities

The Nevco Marketing Communications Coordinator will report to the Vice President of Marketing.  This position is responsible for working cross-functionally with various Nevco departments (Sales, Engineering, Sports Video, etc) to manage and coordinate the execution of marketing activities to support the growth of Nevco’s products and services. 

External Marketing Communications

·        Ideate, create, and execute email campaigns in Pardot utilizing Adobe, InDesign, and Photoshop programs

·        Prepare and execute campaign lists and reports in Salesforce

·        Consistently communicate and follow up with consultants for ideas and collateral to build campaigns

Website Maintenance

·        Analyze data and insights from multiple sources (website partner, various web resources, Sales Consultants, etc) to continuously enhance and improve the features and functionality of the website

·        Maintain up-to-date information on the website  (i.e. product changes, upload gallery images, scoreboard and scoring accessory documents, etc)

·        Work with Manager and cross-functionally to develop website enhancement projects to continuously improve user experience

Marketing Communications (Digital and Print)

·        Create, maintain, and execute e-mail calendar

·        Enhance and execute sport specific, promotional minislim campaigns

·        Track and monitor ROI of marketing campaigns

·        Complete ad-hoc major print projects (i.e. catalog refresh)

General Marketing Support

·        Responsible for Digideck (professional sales presentations)

·        Graphic design support (for emails, social media, sales resources, etc)

·        Oversee the accuracy of information on Product spec sheets and CSI spec sheets

·        Manage new product launch process and develop required marketing materials

·        Develop Marketing collateral (creative needs) as required

·        Complete ad-hoc projects as directed by Manager

Education and Experience

·        Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications or Marketing, or equivalent professional qualification

·        2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred

·        Experience working with cross functional teams

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with some self-direction

·        Experience with relevant software applications

·        Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design programs.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong time management, project management, and organization skills.


·        Experience in Pardot or marketing automation platform preferred
