Guest Experience Representative - Event Day

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of delivering top notch experience to the guests of the Stadium.

Duties

• Greeting and helping the guests with their queries
• Helping the guests to locate their seats
• Helps in access control while ensuring the guests are in their proper areas
• Take on responsibility to resolve issues
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Strong skills interpersonal and communications
• Customer service oriented
• Can work on most of the Stadium events
• Positive attitude
• Attentive to detail
• English/Spanish fluency preferred
