Job Summary

Position Overview:

The Part Time Event Support Technician will support IT requests for the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Reports to the IT Manager

Event Support (Prudential Center Events may include Concerts, Hockey, Basketball Games)

Run data lines

Run phone lines

Assist with IT Equipment moves

Extra tasks assigned from IT Staff

Available afternoons into the evening

Maybe called in for Load-Ins in the morning

Qualifications (educational, experience, & basic knowledge requirements):

PC knowledge

Mac knowledge

Telcom

Event or Arena support

Microsoft – Outlook and Office 365
