Marketing & Promotions Assistant

Job Summary

• Assist with social media marketing


• Assist the promotions department and Carousel Crew with pre-game prep, as well as in-game promo executions and fulfill sponsorship contracts


• Create graphic designs for all marketing materials needed


• Maintain team photo galleries


• Answer phones and provide quality customer service


• Be willing and available to help in other departments with duties assigned – assisting with tarp pulls as needed due to weather

• Bring creative and new ideas to support the overall entertainment and marketing efforts


• Proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and other Adobe Suite Products, and Microsoft Office applications


• Obtaining a degree/have a degree in Sport Management, Marketing or related fields


• Ability to perform physical labor for long periods of time and in various weather conditions


• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work all home games and extra events during the season
