Job Summary

You must have a solid understanding of the process involved in executing grassroots and promotional programs, including sourcing and ordering of materials, managing the creative process, coordinating program terms and conditions and preparing program marketing. The ideal candidate will also have experience in coordinating and executing special events.

Show Us You Can

Execute a best-in-class fan development program for the NHL Team, including but not limited to creative briefing, project and event coordination, and program reporting

Manage all grassroots marketing efforts including, but not limited to, plane banner promotions, merch giveaways, and official viewing parties

Collaborate closely with the Sales, Strategy & Analytics, and Creative Services teams to build lead-generating and engaging contests across team platforms in support of database growth and fan engagement

Assist in managing a part-time Brand Ambassador staff that will be deployed throughout the year across various team events

Research league-wide best practices and assist with cross-promotional opportunities

Total flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed as well as ability to attend various team events
