Job Summary
Team members will be responsible for the setup, tear down and execution for assigned team events, including but not limited to; home games, ticket and sponsorship promotions, rehearsals, watch parties, etc… We are looking for individuals who are eager to gain hands on experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to play a major role in delivering legendary fan experiences for the NHL Team!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup, execution, and tear down of various team events. Including, home games, watch parties, marketing events, etc.
- Execute pre- and post-game promotions as needed. (Jr. Hawks Programming, Post Game Locker Room Tours, Atrium Themed Events, etc.)
- Set up and tear down all site equipment, props and promotional items
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve in high-pressure situations
- Develop self and others through strong leadership skills
- Passion for working with others in a team setting
