Job Summary

The following is an overview of the responsibilities of Social Media Manager at COLLiDE Sport,

under the COLLiDE agency.

As a Social Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

● Community Management for social accounts (reviewing, commenting, engaging, setting

alerts

● Maintaining best practices/crisis management/FAQs

● Developing daily content based on brand values and team releases

● Assist in social audits and make recommendations for social strategy

● Assist in writing copy, creating graphics and creating content calendars

● Being available 24/7 in case of any issues on social media.

● Provide support on all COLLiDE associated social platforms (Pickles, Railroaders, merch

collabs, etc)

● Monthly Analytics Status Update for Official League accounts

● Creating and maintaining timelines, budgets, status updates and other project

organizational docs

● Tracking social posts around various projects/campaigns

● Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

● Set specific objectives and report on ROI

● Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos,

videos and news)

● Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

● Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure

brand consistency

● Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor

customer reviews

● Must be proficient in Twitter engagement

Requirements

● Proven work experience as a Social media manager

● Hands on experience in content management

● Excellent copywriting skills

● Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)

● Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

● Knowledge of online marketing channels

● Familiarity with web design

● Excellent communication skills

● Knowledge of social media buying (facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter)

Experience with Facebook Ad Manager

Ability to use Hootsuite

An ability to connect with people

Must love Sports (not the Yankees)

Salary Base: Based on Experience

Relationship: Official League Project Manager and company President Alan Miller

Start Date: January 2nd 2022
