Job Summary

This position will provide support to all campaign and platform initiatives, working within the Steelers’ Marketing Department. This position is primarily responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of direct marketing aimed at creating and maintaining fan relationships and supporting the goals of each business line within the organization.

SKILLS AND EXPIERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

Person must have strong understanding of email design and experience writing/editing HTML and CSS code

2+ years of email marketing experience required

Previous experience with ESP and marketing automation platforms—knowledge of Epsilon a plus.

Experience working with dynamic email templates/content to handle multiple segments

Strong understanding of email industry best practices, CAN-SPAM, and IP reputation/deliverability awareness
