Graphic Design/Video Production Trainee

Job Summary

• Create graphic assets to be used in digital, print, in-game, social media, and environmental mediums 


• Collaboratively participate in proof-of-concept efforts to generate the overall look and feel of large-scale campaigns, projects, and initiatives


• Identify, socialize, and help implement design best practice tools, templates, and technologies to drive both effectiveness and efficiency

• Organize, label, and manage assets key to the production of creative & video related content


• Present or pitch ideas and concepts


• Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing/communications initiatives


• Assist in the control room as needed


• Responsible for the use and basic maintenance of video and audio equipment


• Assist with other departments and ballpark duties as needed

• Graphic Design degree or enrolled in a graphic design program at an accredited college or university


• Creativity and problem-solving skills


• Willingness to learn and follow direction and instruction


• Ability to work in a team environment


• Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced, atmosphere with strict deadlines


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, and weekend as needed to meet the non-traditional nature of our business


• Must complete a successful background check

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere)


• Experience with shooting and editing video for a professional setting


• Drawing and creation skills preferred
