Creative Services Manager 
The Rocket City Trash Pandas are the all-new Double-A Affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and began play at Toyota Field in Madison, Alabama in 2021. (US News recently ranked the Huntsville-Madison metro #3 Best Place to live in the U.S.)

The Club is searching for a Creative Services Manager who will be given the opportunity to work as part of a team to enhance the In-Game Entertainment and Atmosphere at Toyota Field.  The Manager is a full-time salaried exempt position that reports to the Senior Director of Production & Entertainment and would be available to start prior to December 1st, 2021. The successful applicant is subject to receive a number of benefits including Paid Time Off (PTO) and Health Insurance to which BallCorps, LLC will pay a portion of, including Dental & Vision. 
 
Job Responsibilities Include
  • Produce Still and/or Motion Graphics to be used for both In-Game Entertainment and to fulfill sponsorship requirements 
  • Produce team’s external marketing materials (Print, Outdoor, Digital and TV)
  • Work the team’s 69 Home Games, non-baseball Special Events on the Trash Pandas Production Crew; Game Responsibilities include directing in-house game broadcast, operating Videoboard Animations & Graphics, Replay Decks and Camera. 
  • Produce and Upload Content for TrashPandasBaseball.com and Social Media Channels
  • Prepare the Control Room on Gamedays 
  • Coordinate Video/Photo Shoots with Trash Pandas Players and Staff 
  • Show the initiative to learn more about each production position and the MiLB Industry 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
Job Requirements 
  • Experience with Non-Linear Editing Systems, Adobe Creative Suite Preferred 
  • Experience in Live Production Atmosphere Preferred 
  • Passion for Sports & Entertainment 
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work on short notice 
  • Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills – Must work well with other at all levels of organization 
  • Proven ability to take initiative
