Coordinator, Fan Relations and Ticket Sales

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of retaining and acquiring season ticket holders by serving as personal contact of university ticket holders.

Duties include:

• Keeps a detailed knowledge of all elements
• Contribute to the sales and retention strategies
• Lead generation
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Basic knowledge of the products and services of the university
• Ticketing system experience
