Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The position will be helping the Director of Sales & Marketing, Sr. Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager while coordinating the space and booking licensing for the facility.

Duties of the Sales Coordinator:

• Attends to inquiries about facility use
• Helping to prepare event licensing agreements
• Creating and maintaining of event files
• Running, preparing and distributing of weekly reports
• Coordinating of client welcome gift program
• Other related tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Can work varying days/hours
• Can acquire Virginia driver's license
