Job Summary
The position will be reporting to the Controller and be in charge of high volume/quick turnaround/full cycle Accounts Payable process.
Duties
- Reviewing and processing of event prize payouts/invoices
- Acquiring W-9 and W8 BEN forms as needed
- Ensuring tax withholdings and sales are computed correctly
- Vendor information maintaining
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- 2 years relevant work experience
- Detail oriented and organized
- Independent and can meet deadline
- MS office proficient
