National Sales Manager

Job Summary

The National Sales Manager is a self-starting inside sales professional who conceptualizes and implements various sales strategies while continuing to build sound marketing infrastructures to generate sales among both our core and new consumers for our week-long and weekend Tournaments.  

  • Participate in sales planning and execution strategies, including but not limited to direct sales calls, appointments, networking, database maintenance and client-based research.
  • Generate new leads through industry networking and prospecting new target markets. 

  • Manage client relationships that ultimately spur revenue growth.

  • Work toward expanding organizational alliances and consumer base which create new target markets.
  • Organize information in a meaningful manner.

  • Negotiate conversations and sales terms effectively. 

  • Maintain strong customer-first focus. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sport Management, or equivalent experience. 

  • 2+ years of previous sales experience with a proven track record of success. 

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner. 

  • Collaborate with other National Sales Managers to strategize complementary opportunities.

  • Professional history of customer-oriented activity.

  • Bottom line and results oriented.
  • Ability to participate in a strategic setting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
