Account Analyst - Touring, NHL, MLS

Job Summary

• Manage pricing for a portfolio of ticket inventory across multiple dynamic markets to maximize ROI and delivery value to our clients

• Deliver reports, analysis, to both internal management and clients and present data as needed


• Maintain and develop long-term, trusted relationships as a day-to-day point of contact for clients


• Monitor and evaluate the consumer purchasing journey for single game tickets


• Work with the Operations and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of inventory


• Work with the Data Science team to improve and implement pricing strategies

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) or equivalent required


• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a service-oriented and analytical role in sports, technology, financial services, or hospitality
