Job Summary

• Manage a team of ticket sales executives 


• Oversee and implement strategies and tactics for selling season ticket plans, premium and group tickets


• Develop innovative methods for maintaining positive relationships with prospects and existing ticket buyers, and cultivating new leads


• Create various ticket packages, campaign concepts, and customer service processes


• Develop creative promotion strategies for sales campaigns and monitor outreach 


• Collaborate with the marketing, sponsorship and game operations teams to keep goals aligned


• Hold weekly and monthly sales meetings to monitor progress and motivate sales team 


• Represent the NHL Team at various internal and external networking events


• Train new employees and hold annual performance evaluations using HR policies 


• Manage department budget 


• Establish positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels


• Manage and protect confidential information
