Senior Accountant

Job Summary

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations of various general ledger accounts including cash, receivables, fixed assets, intercompany accounts, payables, deferrals, etc. 


• Analyze, review, and monitor fixed asset activity in detail and generate month-end depreciation and amortization entries. 


• Review, process, and record banking activities (i.e., prepare deposits, record cash receipts and bank fees, etc.). 

• Perform ad-hoc accounting projects and general office duties as requested. Respond to customer, external and internal inquiries on a timely basis. 

• Assist with the year-end external audit by preparing auditor requested documents and ensuring accurate information is provided.
