Job Summary

The team is looking for a fun, energetic salesperson who is results-driven and really good at sales! You’ll work on a team and develop relationships with people in the community and also have to be a motivated, self-starter. The #1 focus for this role is to sell and drive revenue! 

 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Maximize existing revenue through relationship building, renewals and upsell opportunities
  • Identify and solicit new local and regional partners for season ticket packages and group hospitality spaces
  • Engage in effective needs analysis to maximize packaging opportunities across entities
  • Conduct out of office and ballpark appointments with prospects and customers
  • Develop customized group programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients
  • Develop and implement group incentives
  • Ensure all groups are serviced
  • Other related duties as required


 
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
  • High energy, not afraid to cold call
  • Resilient, can handle being told no
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Excellent, proven cold calling skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Technically proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Photoshop is a plus and will make your job easier
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to work independently and self-motivate
