Job Summary

• Processing of vendor invoices to ensure financial obligations are met.
• Ensure timelines are followed to avoid late fees and penalties.
• Provide ideas and solutions to ensure accuracy and improve efficiencies within Accounts Payable.
• Assist accounting staff in performing special project analysis and in providing detail for all financial reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of prepaid, accrued liabilities and deposit accounts within general ledger.
