Job Summary
The Consumer Sales Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop a sales and training strategy to ensure Consumer Sales Associates are ready to grow and earn a potential position on a senior level sales team. The manager of will report to the Director of Ticket Sales and Service, and will be responsible for generating both season and group ticket revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in ticket sales with collegiate and/or professional sports team
- Superior communication skills, collaborative with strong leadership and inter-personal skills
- Results oriented leader with proven ability to motivate people and maximize revenue production
- Proven track record in ticket sales
- Willingness and ability to work long hours, including holidays and weekends as required
