Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a critical role in the success of the accounting department. This position reports to the Manager, Revenue Accounting. You are required to have a strong accounting and application background, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Hands-on data entry and knowledge of accounts receivable, including cash application and collection.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills; NetSuite accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization.
