Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Strategic Retention Officer

Job Summary

The Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Strategic Retention Officer will recruit students and student athletes; schedules basketball within policies and guidelines of the Athletic Department; be responsible for emergency treatment of athletic injuries as needed; monitor student athlete academic program according to the established schedule andmaintain the programs’ operating budget.

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline, college coaching and/or playing experience, proven integrity, leadership skills, and ability to motivate student athletes to be successful academically. Administrations of all phases the sport program are managed according to policy and procedures.
