Job Summary
The Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coordinator is responsible for designing and administering performance enhancement and injury prevention training programs for student-athletes. She/he should base programs on sport-specific training paradigms that are scientifically sound and progressive. The position instructs student- athletes on proper execution of warm up, plyometric, anaerobic, resistance, aerobic, and recovery training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Collegiate or Professional playing or coaching experience; 1-3 years prior college or professional strength & conditioning experience
