Job Summary

The position will be handling the overall administration and development of the team/players.

Duties

• Demonstrating vibrant personal relations with Jesus Christ
• Executing discipleship/mentorship program
• Supervising and evaluating of all assistant coaches
• Recruiting of athletically talented student athletes
• Developing and supervising of practices/game planning
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• 5 years coaching experience (NCAA university)
• Private Christian institution experience preferred
• Strong skills communication
