Service Consultant

Job Summary

The position will be servicing all existing season ticket members and donors while meeting/exceeding weekly/monthly/yearly sales target.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitating of season ticket member upgrades
• Ensuring to grow sales weekly
• Maintaining of computerized records of all prospects
• Work on home games and season ticket member events
• Setting and executing out of office arena tour appointments
• Contacting of area businesses/individuals
• Other related tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• MS office proficient
• Prior customer service/retail sales experience
• Ticket sales experience
• Strong skills communication/listening/presentation
