Job Summary
The position will be analyzing the current team's strengths and weaknesses while developing strategies based on the said findings.
Duties
- Helping in all the facets of recruiting process
- Instructing the team members before, during and after the event
- Attending all team events to ensure proper team/coaches' behavior
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knows the basic of team sports
- Strong skills communication/leadership/interpersonal
- MS office suite proficient
