Building Service Crewperson

Job Summary

The position will be setting up and breaking down stage equipment, basketball floor, furniture of meeting room, etc.

Duties

• Conducting preventive maintenance and pre/post event conversion inspections
• Cleaning and maintaining the facility
• Correcting any unsafe conditions in the work area
• Helping to supervise part time staff/contract labor
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Can read/write/follow written instruction
• Can lift/move about 75 lbs
• Can work varying days/hours
• General maintenance of facilities experience preferred
