Job Summary
The position will be in charge of helping the head coach in conducting softball program while helping to foster and encourage student athletes' goals.
Duties
- Academic progress monitoring
- Take part in recruiting and mentoring scholar athletes
- Helping to schedule and supervise regular practice sessions
- Communicating/developing rapport with students/parents/alumni
- Helping in facility supervision and maintenance
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Softball knowledge
- Strong skills communication/interpersonal
- High ethical standards
- 4 year work related experience
