Box Office Representative (Part-Time)

Job Summary

• Actively engage fans with excellent service


• Maintain accurate Lost & Found records and provide support for collection of items


• Ensure that workspace and general box office area is clean, safe, and organized

• Aware of, and promotes, all ticket packs available for guests (EOK)


• Process all eligible ticket exchange voucher programs (ie. EOK NWAT and Flex Packs)


• Troubleshoot in-venue ticket-related issues pertaining to ticket collection, delivery, and entry

• Provide effective resolutions to ticketing issues via phone or other online communication platforms


• Work closely with Ticketmaster and their ticketing systems to sell tickets and resolve any ticketing issues


• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in CRM and other applicable databases

• Handle incoming inquiries regarding Rogers Place and Ice District


• Maintain accurate float, handle cash, debit and credit card payments


• Assist with customer item/gifting pickups


• Perform all other duties as requested by the manager and/or supervisors

• Previous Ticketing/Ticketmaster experience is highly valued


• Very strong computer literacy and aptitude is essential


• Cash-handling experience would be considered an asset

• Excellent people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization


• Promotes, encourages and demonstrates excellent customer service


• Possess strong organization skills to accurately perform detailed work

• A positive can do attitude with the ability to work effectively and enthusiastically as a team player


• Ability and willingness to work a variety of hours including evening, weekend and holidays as required


• Must be willing to participate in the company’s pre-employment screening process, including a Criminal Record Check.
