The position will be in charge of on site/deck coaching at practices/meets while organizing and executing of daily practices.

Duties

• Video breakdown preparation
• Helping the head coach to plan and prepare the team
• Helping to recruit/develop/support talented women athletes
• Helping to organize recruit visits
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior coaching experience
• Valid driver's license
